Troubleshooting

"Failed to load data"

  • Check that your Google Sheet still exists and hasn't been deleted
  • Make sure you haven't revoked SheetApps access in Google Account settings
  • Try signing out and signing back in
  • Dashboard looks wrong

  • Use the AI chat to fix it: "The chart is showing the wrong column"
  • Click "Refresh" to reload the latest data from your Sheet
  • Re-generate the dashboard from My Apps if needed
  • "Rate limit exceeded"

  • Free tier has daily limits on AI operations
  • Wait until the next day, or upgrade to Pro for higher limits
  • Slow loading

  • Large sheets (5,000+ rows) may take a few seconds to load
  • Data is cached for 60 seconds — subsequent loads are faster
  • Consider splitting very large sheets into multiple tabs
