How to Connect a Google Sheet

Connecting your spreadsheet

Option A: Paste the URL

Copy the URL from your browser when you have the Sheet open, like: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/abc123.../edit

Paste it into the connection field and click "Connect".

Option B: Browse your Drive

Click "Browse your Google Sheets" to see a list of all spreadsheets in your Drive. Click any one to connect it.

Troubleshooting

  • "Permission denied": Make sure you're signed into the same Google account that owns the Sheet.
  • "Sheet not found": Double-check the URL is a valid Google Sheets link.
  • Shared Sheets: You can connect Sheets shared with you, as long as you have at least "Viewer" access.
