How to Share a Dashboard

Sharing your dashboard

Enable sharing

Open your dashboard

Click the "Share" button in the toolbar

Toggle "Public sharing" on

Copy the shareable link

What viewers see

A read-only version of your dashboard with all charts and data

They cannot edit, add, or delete any data

The "Powered by SheetApps" badge appears on shared dashboards (Pro plan removes it)

Disable sharing

Click the Share button again and toggle sharing off, or click "Disable sharing". The link will stop working immediately.
